Brisk Walking

Now a days we see people walking along the roads in the mornings and evenings, single, doubles or in groups or along with their pet dogs.  Earlier this scene will be rare.  Only Cine actors park their car, and start walking, jogging on the sea shores.  Thank God, Health awareness is spread all over.

How to walk-Walk straight, in a relaxed manner keeping away your loads mentally as well as physically.
Walking without Talking is a must, while talking we loose our energy.
Walk for the purpose of walking, for health fitness purposes  and be focused.
A comfortable sports shoe is recommended.
Avoid walking immediately after your Dinner.
Avoid talking in Cell phones too.
For beginners, start with one to two kilometers, do not experiment with four to five initially, otherwise you will not feel like continuing the practice.
How many hours-at least for  half an hour daily.

Benefits-walk improves our self confidence level.  Breathing disorders gets corrected.  If we walk for half an hour daily followed by proper diet and relaxation we can reduce our weight.  Blood circulation improves, feel fresh and attend to our duties without any difficulty, gets sleep at appropriate time and deep sleep is assured. Walking reduces Tension, stress, and depression too.

Great men including  Mahathma Gandhi, Acharya Vinobha Bhave walked many miles in their Life.  The Great Sage of  Kanchi  HH Shri Chandrasekarendra Saraswathy walked around the Nation India thrice.
