A short span of a half-an-hour Nap in the afternoons is good for our Mental and physical health. If you browse the lifestyle of Great Leaders,you can notice many of them wake up early in the morning and work hard through out the day, had an half hour nap in the afternoons and continue their work and been fresh till they retire at night. This include Margaret Thatcher who was the first female Prime Minister 0f Britain who served three consecutive terms.
I have seen home makers who sleeps in the day similar to that of Nights in the bed for 3 to 4 hours!
They say that they do not have any other work, instead of unnecessarily gossiping and quarreling with the neighbors, is it not wise to sleep?
There is a Proverb saying, if you sleep in the day you will become stout similar to that of a Pig. So try to avoid sleeping in the day. If you have become addict you cannot change the practice overnight. Put this thought in your Mind and gradually reduce the timings, for if you wish it will get corrected sooner or later.
For those who keep themselves busy throughout the day this NAP gives freshness for the rest of the day. For them their productive hours increases.
Umpteen number of jokes regarding sleeping in the Office is being cracked from probably the term Office come into force. In Schools and Colleges too we have seen and heard of students and even the Teaching Faculty SLEEPING.
FEEL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A NAP AND A SLEEP!!!
