DIET CHART?



We see, very commonly,  Diet Charts are prepared and distributed in Magazines, News Papers,  in Health Fitness centers.............

People are Diet conscious mainly for 2 reasons-1) to look slim and beautiful/handsome , 2) to be Healthy and live long.
Is the Diet the same for all of us?
Does it not vary between men and women?
Does it not vary from the various Age Groups?
Does it not differ for varied diseases?
In addition to all the above, every individual's digestive capacity differs.  You might have seen individuals who eat very less but looks hefty, some eats very heavily still looking slim?  So, Diet alone is not the deciding factor  as far as  the 'look' is concerned.  Genetic factors, the atmosphere,  nourished food and also our mind too matters.

To be healthy, Nourished and Balanced Diet is a must-this is a World-known Fact.  How much Nourished is  again a Question Mark.  In early 60s and before, there were many members in a family either in the form of joint family or the single family containing many members(for example, many children). Most of the Parents of those period were unable to provide food sufficiently for the entire family, twice a day.  Now the scenario has changed.  The number of members in a family is two or three, the Per-Ca-pita income is more than Moderate. We can visibly see people wasting food in a large quantity.  That ofcourse is a different topic for discussion.

A balance between 'Hunger' and 'Heftily dumped' is required.  You should listen to your "inner voice".  Swallowing food should be avoided gradually.  Chewing should be initiated.  While eating you must be cautious of what you eat, how you eat, do not watch Television, avoid talking with anybody either live or through telephone, do not drink and eat-- all these factors will go a long way in reducing the craving for food. If you earnestly and honestly thrives to maintain Health and Live Long,  automatically your mind set will get modified and you will restrict yourselves. Amount of  'Hunger' and 'thirst' differs and you have to decide how much to starve and how much to quench.

A DIET CHART FOR A DIABETIC WILL VARY FROM THE DIET CHART OF ANOTHER-WOMBS FROM THE SAME MOTHER  VARIES IN THEIR CONSUMPTION.
