WIND RELEASING EXERCISES-YOGA

Now a days there has come many number of physical exercises in various Names.  Obviously, it is not the name of the exercise or style that matters, it is the most inevitable thing that matters is how well we do.

In Pawan Mukthasanas, the wind releasing exercises, we are trying to activate each and every joint, in order to avoid stiffness and maintain elasticity.

Inactivity or excessive activity-both are harmful and so a balance is framed.

One feels very light, by continued practice at least for three months.  An Hour a day will do.

Age is not the criteria.  People of all age groups can practice, according to their body conditions.

Electrical and Electronic Gadgets has made the Man become LAZY.  Motor Vehicles are so misused as if the legs are of no use at all.  Same is true in the case of Hands too.  Mixer Grinder, Washing Machines and various other kitchen tools, are not only the gift of Scientific Technology but also the most unfortunate things - that is to say, our own hands are least activated.

We can see certain people whose hands alone are unusually hefty, when compared to rest of their body.  This is more common in ladies. 

So, practice Pawan Mukthasanas-wind releasing exercises and enjoy a Total Health.
